A Rainy Day Activity Kit: Paper Umbrellas

Instructions: During a nice heavy rain, find a busy public place and offer these tiny paper umbrellas to passers-by that do not have umbrellas but obviously wish that they did.

Do they receive them with a laugh? A smile? Are they confused? Annoyed?
