These extra large wooden dice were made for Steve & Kate's Camp, a San Francisco Bay Area summer day camp with 18 locations. The dice were stamped with artwork provided by the client, representing their six main studio programs - filmmaking, recording, style, cooking, performing arts, and ceramics. Campers roll the dice to help them decide which activities to do.

These tiny paper mailboxes make the perfect packaging for Looka Jewelry's sweet handcrafted envelope necklaces and rings. We used the company logo, imagery, and colors to create these cute little mailboxes that double as promotional postcards.

Lea had a blast designing a new line of diatom adorned clothing for Santa Cruz based No Enemy. The diatoms float across hoodies and t-shirts for both adults and children.

The tag explains:
Diatoms are microscopic organisms that inhabit the many waters of the Earth. There are about 100,000 different species in existence today! The oceanic food chain depends on these tiny photosynthetic creatures. They also play an important role in water quality monitoring. The marvelously intricate designs of diatoms are a reminder that we live on a beautiful planet worth caring for.

These fun tote bags were a collaboration with Alula Editions for the 2010 Open Engagement conference in Portland, OR. The conference is about a kind of art many people have termed "social practice" or "relational aesthetics." As such, we wanted to design and make the bag in a way that embodied these concepts.

We heard about Portland's vibrant food cart culture, so we invited a bunch of fun folks to go out with paper and Sharpies to draw food carts, such as The Big Egg and Wicked Waffles. We then turned these drawings into a repeat pattern for fabric and a bunch of generous helpers up in Portland silk-screened and sewed them. Conference attendees were greeted with a tote bag full of conference materials that doubled as a guide to Portland food cart cuisine.
