Is my information used for secondary purposes?
No. You will need to provide certain personal information, including name, email, and a physical mailing address when you place an order via our online store. This information will only be used to complete your order. We handle all shipping and customer service internally, so your information is not shared with anyone else. If, during checkout or any other time, you indicate that you'd like to join our email newsletter list, then you will receive our Curios & Projects mailing from time to time.

No. We design and make things. We are not in the business of brokering mailing lists or selling your personal information to others. No personal information will be shared with third parties.

Not unless we receive a valid warrant or subpoena. This has never happened.

Yes. All credit card transactions are processed by our merchant services provider via a secure socket layer (SSL). We do not see nor do we store your credit card information. All personal information is deleted from the server once it is no longer needed. Until then, it is accessed via a secure connection.

Is my information used to build a personal profile?
No. We don't organize personal information by customer, nor do we track shopping or webpage viewing habits over time. Some websites do these kinds of things. We think it's a bit creepy.

Is my information used to serve advertisements?
No. We don't have ads on any of our webpages so there's no need to employ behavioral tracking technologies. That means that online ad giants like Google and Yahoo cannot track your actions while you're on our website.
